To participate in the McDVoice survey at www.mcdvoice.com, customers must meet specific eligibility requirements. You need a valid receipt from a recent McDonald's visit, which includes a 26-digit survey code. The receipt must not be older than seven days. Participants must be at least 15 years old and residents of the country where the purchase was made. The survey can only be taken once per receipt. Employees of McDonald's and their immediate family members are not eligible. Completing the survey makes you eligible for rewards, such as discounts or free menu items, enhancing your McDonald's experience!
